We’ve created this program to support teens and young adults in experiencing more peace of mind, greater clarity around how to come back into balance when life feels hard or overwhelming. We are hoping that each participant experiences a deeper connection to their wisdom and reliable inner guidance to support them with big and little life decisions.

This program will be a group format, where each session, Aila and Erika will bring forward teaching points around how our mental/emotional systems work, we’ll share insights and keys that will be supportive and then will also take coaching questions from the participants and address topics that are important to them.

The Details

  • This is for teens (15-22 years old) who are open to learning about themselves and how human mind/emotions work.

This is for teens who may have struggles but are looking for ways to feel more peaceful and happier.

This is for teens who are generally doing well but may have challenges with things like decision making, relationships, fear of failure, pressure, stress or overwhelm.

  • This is not for teens who are actively suicidal or self harming via cutting or other physically harmful activities.

This is not for teens who are addicted to consciousness altering drugs or alcohol or who would have difficulty coming to the sessions sober.

*(we are not including nicotine in this description)

This is not for parents if you need Erika or Aila to provide support between sessions to you or your teen.

There are other places to get great support and we can send you referrals and resources if you’d like.

  • This group is for deeply learning about our human nature and all we have going for us. It’s about helping teens wake up to their natural, innate mental health. Helping them find solid ground within themselves, have quicker access to a clear mind and to feel supported, encouraged and cared about along the way.

We see that teens and young adults need real connection. They need to be seen and heard by their peers and to know that they are not alone in their struggles and that they are celebrated and appreciated in their successes.

This group is a space to build community and to learn important things about themselves that will serve them for life.

  • Peer pressure, self-esteem, body image, study habits, social media, stress, overwhelm, Confidence, Uncertainty about the future, Performance anxiety, school/life, work/life balance and more.

Over the course of three months, we will have six calls with the teens/young adults, and one call midway with parents.

  • More than any degree or program I have taken I am passionate about helping people experience more peace of mind, less fear of the human experience, more joy and to feel the freedom to create a life they truly love.

Much of the work that I do is for teens and their families. I also work with amazing professional coaches (not the athletic kind!), business owners and human beings in general. I’ve always known I wanted to serve people in meaningful, important ways, and living it as a reality is such a wonderful experience.

When I am not working with my clients, I am outside barefoot, exploring the woods, swimming in the river, getting stuck in the snow, and playing with my husband of 14 years, my 3 kids and dog named Oliver.

I released my book this past spring, Coaching Teens Well, A Way of Being with Teens and their Families. You can find it here.

    My brief “official looking” bio:

Master’s Degrees in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing (2008)

    Bachelors in Human Behavior (2007)

Certified Life Potentials Life Coach (2008)

Studied meditation and personal growth work for over 26 years.

  • As a California native, I moved to the Pacific Northwest for school and fell in love with it. I earned my bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from University of Oregon, and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from City University in Seattle, Washington.

I spent 19 years as a partner at Pransky and Associates, a consulting and coaching practice in La Conner, Washington. I had the privilege of working alongside my parents, George and Linda Pransky, my sister Kara Stamback, and a rotating staff of over twenty of the most talented and wonderful practitioners in our field collaborating, traveling, and teaching together.

There I co-founded the Online Learning Division of the company and co-created a suite of online courses on personal development and relationships that have reached 36 countries around the globe.

In 2018 I got the itch to start something new. I created Erika Bugbee Coaching and started out specializing in teens which has always been my one of my biggest passions. My practice grew quickly to include parents, individuals, couples, business leaders, and practitioners. And the rest is history.

I am a frequent webinar presenter and I speak at conferences both nationally and internationally. While I love working with all types of people, I’ve discovered a particular talent and passion for helping teens, young adults, and couples or individuals looking for relationship help.
